Now we are online so we can supply goods to customers all over the UK! (Sorry but we do not currently accept ONLINE orders outside of the UK).
Lay Away Service
We offer an in-store only full ’lay away’ service. That means that once you have chosen the items you want, you can then have them all laid away until your baby arrives (or when ever you require). All we ask is for a 10% deposit. You can then choose to make more payments when ever you feel llike it or just settle the balance upon collection.
Customer Loyalty Points and In-Store Discount Scheme
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend and you will automatically receive a £10 voucher to spend online or in-store when you reach 500 points (and another £10 voucher each time you reach another 500 points). We also are happy to offer an extra 5% discount* on all orders placed in our stores which are Paid in Full (by Debit Card or Cash) at the time the order is placed and when the total value of the order is over £250 Plus you will still receive your customer loyalty points. * Not applicable when items are already on offer, a price match or part of any sale.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are now available to purchase and redeem either Instore or Online. Instore we can provide any amount you may wish for and online there are a selection of values available to buy.
Wish/Gift List
To create a Wish/Gift List all you have to do is register your name and address in our ’my account’ section and the rest is easy. Just select ’add to Gift List’ (instead of ’add to basket’) on any items you wish to add to your list. Then you can email your gift list code to your friends and family. They can then access the Gift List in an instant and see which products are still available to buy as a gift. Any gifts that have already been purchased will not be seen.
Mamas and Papas, Silver Cross & I-Candy
In order to ensure the highest quality consultation, demonstration and after sales care for the Mamas & Papas, Silver Cross and I-Candy ranges we have chosen not to sell their products on line. We do however offer the full Mamas & Papas, Silver Cross, Bugaboo and I-Candy ranges in our stores and would be happy to welcome you there.
