Shipping And Handling
Delivery of goods within England, Wales & Southern Scotland is FREE on all orders* over £50 and only £4.95 (inc vat) on all orders up to £49.99. We use Royal Mail for small items, Interlink Express for medium parcels and Parcelforce for larger items. All orders are despatched insured and remain the property of Discount Baby Equipment until signed for. *Some items of furniture will incur an extra charge for delivery as will deliveries to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and all Islands off the coast of Britain. We will inform you of any extra delivery charges prior to despatch.
We also offer a local (Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton & Portsmouth) ’Deliver and Build’ service which for £55 (3 pc furniture set). Please call Paul on 07948 486147 for an exact quote.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all ’In Stock’ orders within 24 hours!
Please sign ’UNCHECKED’ for all parcels and notify us within 48 hours if anything has been damaged in transit, otherwise we will not be able to deal with your claim.
Wrong Delivery Address
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Discount Baby Equipment cannot be held responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it will show as ’Available to Order’. We will back order for you and advise you by email of an approximate delivery date. Most orders will be fulfilled within 28 days.
