We will replace or repair any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase. Any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 28 days of purchase, but within the 6 months guarantee period will either be repaired by us or we will supply spare parts to you free of charge.We regret we are unable to supply loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out. If an item becomes damaged due to misuse or accidental damage, this will NOT be covered by the guarantee and you will be charged for the repair and or spare parts. If you have damaged an item accidentially, it is should be coverered by your household insurance. In the event of a dispute as to the cause of the failure the manufacturer will arbitrate and their word will be final. Our guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. DELIVERY Delivery of goods within mainland UK costs between £2 and £15 inc vat, depending on the total weight of the items ordered ( Extra delivery services can be added at extra cost). We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 days, a signature will be required. Please sign 'UNCHECKED ' for all parcels and notify us within 48 hours if anything has been damaged in transit, otherwise we will not be able to deal with your claim. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise any costs incurred returning unwanted items to us are at your expense.
